Account

How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Membership

What membership tiers are available?
We offer three membership tiers: Free (limited access to articles), Standard (access to standard and free content), and Premium (unlimited access to all content including premium articles). Each tier is designed to meet different needs and budgets.
How do I upgrade my membership?
To upgrade your membership, go to your dashboard and click on \"Manage Subscription\". Select the tier you want to upgrade to, complete the checkout process, and upload your payment proof. Once approved by our admin team, your membership will be upgraded.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can downgrade to the Free tier at any time from your dashboard. Simply go to "Manage Subscription" and select the Free tier. Your current membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. After selecting your membership tier, you'll receive bank account details for payment. Once you complete the transfer, upload your payment proof through our system, and our team will verify and activate your membership.

What content can I access with my membership?
Free members can access limited articles. Standard members get access to all free and standard content. Premium members enjoy unlimited access to all articles, including exclusive premium content.
How often is new content published?
We publish new articles regularly throughout the week. Premium members get early access to new content, while standard content is typically available to all paying members within 24 hours of publication.
Can I download articles for offline reading?
Currently, our articles are only available for online reading through our website. We recommend bookmarking your favorite articles for easy access later.
